According to a recent AT&T Small Business Technology Poll, 85 percent of small businesses use smartphones, while 66 percent use tablets, demonstrating the importance that mobile devices carry among small business owners.

The study found 63 percent of small business owners believe they would have trouble succeeding without using mobile technology, which is why AT&T created its Mobile Protection Pack, which includes enhanced support and mobile locate, to help businesses recover lost devices.

Recent data from technology protection leader Asurion shows one in four devices used by small businesses experience an incident each year.
